I am testing Rise files with JAWS. After almost every sentence, JAWS reads out "clickable" even when there are no links associated within the paragraph. This has occurred in Chrome, IE/Edge and Firefox. Has anyone else experienced this in their testing? Is there anything we can do about it so our JAWS users don't think everything is clickable?
Hi there, Audrey. No specific update on full screen reader support just yet. Our goal is to be fully compliant with WCAG 2.1 by the end of 2020. Of course, we'll let you know if we get there sooner!
Hi Crystal, with only 3 months left in 2020, can you clarify whether this is still the expected timeline for full compliance with WCAG? My organization is working on building some courses that will roll out in the beginning of 2021 and this might determine what program we use to build our courses. Thanks!
Hi Ariela! We’re still working hard towards WCAG 2.1 compliance, but we don’t want to hold up your decision making. Check out the work we’ve done so far. Let me know if those improvements are in line with your expectations, and I’ll be happy to share your feedback with the team that is working on accessibility!

Hi Ashley!
Sorry you've run into this - wanted to let you know I can't share a specific ETA but we're working on accessibility and screen reader support: https://articulate.com/support/article/Articulate-360-FAQs-Accessibility#section-508-accessibility
Hello!
Thanks for posting Ashley, we have several JAWS users and are currently building a suite of new courses.
Nicole, is there any update on this outside of the page you link to?
