I've watched the intro videos and am starting my first RISE course. In Settings I tried to upload my company logo and a cover photo and got messages to verify correct file type. They're both JPGs, so I would think they are the right file types. Is this a "trial" limitation? What are other limitations? I thought I read that trials were "full function" opportunity ...
Hi there, Martha. You read right - your trial is fully functional for 60 days. The only limitation for a trial is on Content Library characters and templates (neither of which is used in Rise).
Can you let me know what browser you're using to author in Rise? Also, if you'd like to share one of the .jpg files here for testing, I'm happy to have a look! The .jpg type is a supported format.
