Knowledge Check Completion Score Calculations are incorrect

Hello,
I have a Rise360 course with a 7 question knowledge check. The KC Settings are set to have a passing score of 80% (see image). Users complete the KC answering all questions correctly - and the "Your Score" screen displays the score incorrectly as 86%. The score should be 100%.
I had originally copied this KC from a different course that had 10 questions, but the SMEs reduced the total number of questions to 7.
Is this a bug? How do I get the Your Score calculation to be fixed?
Thank you.

Hi Gayle,
Using Rise terminology this is a Quiz.
There is a block type in Lessons called Knowledge Checks.
Anyway, when you answer the individual questions, does each one come up with "correct" answer feedback?
yes, the feedback in the quiz was marking things correct/incorrect correctly.
Around 1pm PST, the "Your Score" calculations started changing to random values. Then, suddenly the scoring worked properly - with no changes to the content by me.
So, all in all - the quiz feature is working properly again.
I'm sorry you saw some weirdness with scores! If it happens again, use this link to connect with us quickly. We'll dive in and help!
