Hi, T O! It sounds like you want to build a quiz in Storyline, then embed that quiz in Rise using a Storyline Block. Is that right?
You can track the quiz score by choosing the quiz tracking option when you publish from Storyline to Review 360, and then choosing to track the Rise course by the Storyline block.
In that scenario, the quiz score will be sent to the LMS, but question-level details aren't sent to the LMS for Storyline blocks.

Knowledge checks do not allow you change anything related to the feedback.
Hi there, James. You'll always see whether you answered correctly, and you can add additional feedback text if you'd like.
Are you looking to add more of an open-ended question with a correct answer?
Hi Crystal, Yes I am looking at decisions where there isn't necessarily a correct answer, they just get different feedback.
Thanks, James! Have you considered building the question on a Storyline 360 slide, then embedding the slide in Rise 360 using a Storyline Block?
I'll also let our product team know that you would like a knowledge check option with no correct/incorrect feedback.
Thanks Alyssa,
Just to clarify, I still want to be able to provide separate feedback for each option just want to be able to remove the tick and the cross.
That makes sense, James. Thanks for clarifying!
If you build in storyline and published in SCORM 2004 will the Rise Course still report question level data?
The other choice would edit the images in the published course file is not an option and the tick and cross are not image assets?

I did really want the question level data as this is just so important these days!
Oh well guess I will edit the CSS to remove the tick and cross as suggested in other threads!
