Knowledge Check Issues

Hi All, 

We are experiencing some odd issues with end users seeing old content and old questions in our RISE module knowledge checks when completing them in the learning tool, even though these files have been replaced and updated. Does anyone know why our end users would see old content from previous files when we have since updated and replaced the files in our LMS System? When we assign the modules and preview them ourselves in the LMS, we are seeing the correct content, so we are not sure how anyone would see old content.
