Labeled Graphic

Can someone point me to a resource for the labeled graphic feature in Rise?  I have figured out how to use it but any of the images that I use (trying to label a product) seem to get stretched when you exit the editing function and they are not clear.  I've tried different sizes as well as the tip to remove the processing from the image...no luck.  Is there a way to keep the size true in the screen so it doesn't get blurry?  Thanks!
