I'm using the labeled graphic block to create an infographic embedded with a series of videos. In theory, the learner will select an area in the infographic to initiate a video that goes over the related concept. The issue I'm facing is that when I click the label, the pop-up is too small to really see the video. I know there is a button to expand the size, but I'd prefer that the learner not have to do that himself. Is it possible to have the pop-up scale up automatically when clicked?
If this is not possible using the rise block, is there something I can do in Storyline to create the same effect?
Has there been any update on this? I am looking to do the same thing. Essentially make the pop-up larger on the labeled graphic as I have more text content and a video to display.
Add me in too. I made an awesome vertical infographic, but when you click on it, it doesn't expand at all. Using Image Full Width makes it large, but cuts off the top and bottom and you can't expand it.
Hi Richard! What are the dimensions of your vertical image? Have you tried increasing the dimensions using an image editor before importing the image into Rise 360?
1000 x 3000 pixels is the original. I've gone as high as 9000 x 27000 with no effect. The help desk thinks I need to make it a storyline 360 and insert that instead because they're framing is not allowing the graphic to go wide.
Hi Richard! I created a labeled graphic using an image that has similar dimensions to your image. Is this what your labeled graphic looks like in your own course? Can you scroll to view the entire image?
+1 on original question! For me, having the option of expanding the popup over the inital image would create a new way of using the whole labeled graphic functionality. CSS-wise it would be really simple is my guess, but unfortunatley don't really have time to test myself.

Hi there,
Right now, there isn’t a way to do that in Rise 360. Would you be up for logging a feature request to tell us more about your specific needs?
In the meantime, if there’s anything else I can do to help, please let me know!

Hi Bridgett, thanks for letting us know you need larger pop-ups on the labeled graphic block. We'll let you know if we add that option in the future!
