I can't upload an image to a 'labeled graphic' block I am working on. Every time I try, I get the dreaded "Please verify the file type is an image and try again".
I've tried .jpg & .png, neither works, am using Chrome (as I'm aware using IE is not recommended).
I'd like to second Jason's comment - I have done all of the above as well. I was working on something yesterday where I uploaded one labeled graphic just fine and then 10 minutes later I couldn't do it again.
Hi Jason and Sarah! I'm so sorry you all ran into trouble uploading images into Rise 360.
You should now be able to successfully upload the image, even if the file name contains spaces. Be sure to refresh your browser to take advantage of this bug fix.
