Hi there, Lory. Each block type gets inserted independently, one after the other, and not within other blocks.
It sounds like you have some images that you want to include in those tabs and explain a bit better. This sounds like a great idea to consider for a custom Storyline interaction! Storyline includes markers which are very similar to the labeled graphic interaction. Perhaps with a few layers opening like Tabs, you can have it all, and bring it right into Rise!
