I could use some help with an image I improved in PPT, when I upload it into Rise the image is blurry. I tried it as a JPEG, GIF, PNG and BMP with no luck. I have attached the image. If you would explain how to fix this problem (I have more images) that would be awesome, thank you for your assistance!
Hi there, Shani. Thanks for sharing that example image file. If re-creating the image with larger dimensions doesn't help, try this tip:
If you'd like an image to keep its specific file format and not undergo compression, you can opt-out of image optimization on a case-by-case basis. Just add _NOPROCESS_ to the name of your image file. It'll upload and display exactly as you saved it. Keep in mind that file size limits still apply.
You can add _NOPROCESS_ anywhere in the file name for this feature to work. Let me know if that helps!

Is there a reason why the image is so small (420 px width and 236 px height)?
I've tried bigger but it did not improve the image. There is no reason at all.
