Thanks for letting us take a look. My team confirmed that this is a bug in the course in that if you go back to a previous lesson while in the middle of taking a quiz, and then return to the quiz it will drop you on a question you already answered. At that point you're stuck without a way to continue forward.
Definitely not what we'd expect or want! I've got this bug in the hands of my team so they're looking into it now. I'll let you know as soon as I have any information from them by sharing here.
My team was able to look into your Rise course and it looks like this course in question was last exported in August? You'll want to re-export as this issue has been fixed and a new export will pick up those changes.

Hi Anthony,
Thanks for sharing that screenshot. I'd like to take a look at your exported LMS package. Can you share that zip folder with me here?
If you'd prefer to send privately, upload here to our Support team, and make sure that you include the link to this forum.
Sure
Here is the package
Super fast, thanks Anthony! We'll talk a look.

Any news on this - I now have a lot of users in the same place
Hi there, Anthony. We reported this to our QA team, and I'll see if I can get an update for you. Right now, no changes yet.
