One of SCORM Package created with RISE is not saving the learners' learning progress.
We have this issue with the learning modules that have longer than 1 hour videos or sections.
Is there a time limit that learners can open one SCORM package? the learner used 'exit course' button to exit the SCORM but still the learning progress wasn't saved.
We have experienced many issues with progress not being saved too. This was irrespective of lengthy videos being included.
We found that tracking progress through using a Quiz rather than % completion seems to have improved the tracking. Unfortunately, you'll probably find that you'll be referred back to your LMS/SCORM settings. We're using Moodle 3.5, SCORM 1.2.
Thanks for that information, Ina. I've shared it with my team so we can dig a little deeper. You should receive a confirmation email, and we'll reach out directly soon!

Hi there, Ina. Tell me a bit more about what happens when learners resume this course.
Does it start over from the beginning of the course? yes
Does just the video lesson start over? yes, shows like the learner never took the course
Is it possible to host the video externally (e.g. YouTube, Vimeo, etc) and to use a multimedia embed block? I'm already using Vimeo link
