When I use either title/paragraph or just paragraph and copy and paste content into the field, there are times the system uses the regular spacing, or it brings the spacing from the Word that was used originally. How can we format so that the line spacing is formatted the same space throughout the file?
If the wording that you are copying from Word has different spacing (i.e. multiple line spaces) you have two options;
adjust the spacing in Word in either the original document, or copy it to a blank page and adjust the spacing there before bringing it into Storyline, or
bring it into Storyline and adjust the spacing there. Go to the Paragraph portion of the top ribbon on the Home tab, and click on the arrow below the find/replace option (see attached image).
