It has been a while since there has been discussion about linking from lesson to lesson. Maybe there is something new. How would you do that when the course is finally published through (within) an LMS?
Do you mean linking from one lesson in a course to another lesson in that same course? Or do you mean linking from one course hosted on your LMS to another?
Yes, thanks. I just wanted to make sure we were speaking the same lingo. I call a course a Module.
I am not sure what Webby wants to do, but I would like to be able to link from published course to published course. So when one course is done, there could be a button that takes them to the next course.
To link from course to course, the easiest thing to do would be to add a button block to the end of each course with a link to the next course. However, if you're using an LMS to host your courses, there may be a way to build a learning path, which would make this button redundant, so you'll want to bear that in mind.
To answer your second question, I just inserted an animated GIF. :) With Rise, you can insert animated GIFs anywhere you can insert images. :)
I hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.
Linking from one lesson in a course to another lesson within the same course. I would like to do it via hyperlink if possible. Can do it via button stacks.

Let me know and we'll go from there!
Allison -- can you define what you are calling a "course" vs a "lesson?"
TIA
Hi Karin,
Absolutely! This is a course. Within that course, there are 10 lessons (the first one is called Preparing for your trip). Does that make sense?

By the way -- how the heck did you incorporate that animation in the course heading? Love it!

Hi Webby,
Looks like you already found the answer: button stacks. :)
Let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks. I'm sorted.
