I am trying to get a RISE course working in compliance wire our LMS system. I have set the quiz to 80% pass rate. I failed the Quiz and exited out of the course without re-taking the quiz, and it still showed me the eSignature page and a Qualified status in LMS. When the learners’ fail, the course should appear in their To-Do list.
I'm not familiar with the Compliance Wire LMS, but a good idea is to test at SCORM Cloud to compare that with your LMS behavior. If you're able to see the pass/fail there - then I'd reach out to your LMS team for additional troubleshooting and next steps.
