I have multiple Rise courses that have worked since creation and suddenly stopped working in our LMS today. The courses never launch, they open and continually spin without ever really launching. Any advice?
Hi Ashley! Sorry that's happening, and I can help! Did you export these courses for LMS, then upload the zipped output file to your learning management system?

Ok, thanks Ashley! What LMS are you using, and what web browsers did you use for testing?
We'd love to test your files from our side, too. If that works for you, you can send the published output files privately by opening a case.
