Loading issues with avatar in RISE scenarios

Hi there,
after a new release of our LMS (Global Teach) we are facing some issues with the avatar in scenarios. The avatar image loads quite slowly and there are for seconds only the speech bubbles visible but no avatar. Has anyone faced a similar problem? We tested it on old an newly uploaded courses and it is the same for all courses. We also tried to upload an new SCORM-file but without change.
