Loading Rise Courses

I can't use Rise. My account has 6.137 courses and the loading of the courses is so slow that we are considering discontinuing use.

A case has been opened #01926651 and we had no improvements.

Google Chrome (latest version) - Ok!

JavaScript enabled - Ok!

Hi, Pearson. To follow up, I want to confirm that the loading of your Rise 360 dashboard is connected to the functionality of the New Course button. I'm sorry this impacts the speed with which you can create new courses.

If you haven't tested already, when loading your Rise 360 dashboard, you can click the browser X button to stop the page loading. Then click New Course to start authoring a new course. Does that work any better?

We are looking at improvements we can make to the folder structure on your dashboard to reduce the number of course tiles that need to load. We don't have immediate plans for that type of change, but I will let you know if it is released.
