While Rise courses aren't supported in Articulate Online, you can track them in an AICC-, SCORM-, or Tin Can API-compliant LMS!
And thanks for taking a moment to let us know that you'd like to have the option to publish to Articulate Online; it's really helpful for us to know how in-demand that feature is. You can always share your ideas here in ELH or send them along to our product team as a Feature Request.
Only problem is we do not have access to any other LMS as Articulate on line is our LMS. Without the feature to publish Rise courses to it I am unable to track completion and scores for training compliance records.
A bit of history as well: Articulate Online (AO) was developed specifically to work with Storyline and Studio–long before Rise was even a twinkle in our eye.
If you wanted to create something in Rise and embed it in Storyline, you could always publish that to Articulate Online. The Rise quizzes won't be tracked, but the Storyline ones can. Take a look at the steps Alyssa shared here.
Thanks again for your candid feedback - I've passed it along to my team and we'll keep you posted with any other info!
Hi Carmelo, the original post was submitted by a colleague of mine so I have limited information. I can however say that we now use Workday as our LMS platform and track completion and scores for training compliance records that way.
Hey Carmelo, I don't mind Workday but I wish I could simply copy or duplicate a course description. I design and launch about 50 eLearn courses annually and some are follow-on courses, so I wish I had some shortcuts to get a course into the LMS quicker.

Agree! This is important to our team as well as Articulate Online is our preferred location to publsih and host modules.

Hi Julia,
A bit of history as well: Articulate Online (AO) was developed specifically to work with Storyline and Studio–long before Rise was even a twinkle in our eye.
The great thing is that Rise will work beautifully with any AICC-, SCORM-, or Tin Can API-compliant LMS. You can also embed Rise courses into Storyline 360 projects – simply copy your course's shareable web link and paste it into a web object. I hope you and your team find these options handy.

Just curious, I understand this thread is over three years old. Was there any outcomes since then?

Hi Fiona, Thanks for answering my question. I enjoy gathering knowledge.
I have used always a LMS, where I had to upload a SCORM package as a learning object.
How do you find the functionality of Workday as your LMS?

Hi Carmelo,
Articulate Online no longer exists:
https://articulate.com/support/article/Articulate-Online-End-of-Life-Transition-Guide
Since then, Articulate has rolled out https://rise.com/
Rise.com consists of the Rise Authoring System, and a custom LMS for delivering courses and tracking students.
It's important to note that courses created in Rise.com cannot be exported for use in a third party LMS.
Rise.com should not be confused with Articulate 360.
Hi Fiona, I feel your pain.
I too had to develop multiple units/topics for courses for RTO and Gov clients. I have always built a shell and duplicated it.
Hi Karl, thanks for sharing!
