Our clients are very fussy and though they like the fact that the courses we produce using Rise are most responsive, they insist they want to see their logo and branding on every course page / slide / screen - top right corner.
You can certainly brand your Rise course for your client. I think Nicole's course here is a great one. There is another thread here where a customer had a similar question as well that may be able to assist you.
As far as being able to place your logo in the top right, that would be a feature request at this time.
