Looking for Rise Admin Advice

I have become the admin for my team for Rise courses.  There are several people on my team and hundreds of courses that have had ownership transferred to me for archiving.  These are courses that frequently undergo maintenance.

I know how to set up folders and move the courses to them.  However, is there a way of doing a 'search' for a course name without opening the folder and scrolling through to look for it?

Example, a team member needs to update a course and asks me for it. I can do a quick search, find it and make that person a Course Manager to do what they need to.
