I've uploaded a mp4 to my Rise multimedia block. When I'm in Edit mode, I can choose to loop it but when I Preview the mp4, the looping doesn't work. Does looping not work in Rise multimedia?
Hi Lorraine! Can you tell me more about how you're choosing to loop the video in Edit mode? Rise 360 doesn't have a video looping feature for MP4 videos, so I'm curious about your process. Thanks!
