Lost courses

Hello,

I was on a temporary layoff for a couple months over the summer. When I returned to work, my Rise courses were gone. I had exported them but can no longer access them to make edits and export to other formats.

Can someone help with this issue?

Hi there, Denise. When you were removed from the team, you should have received an email letting you know if your content was transferred to another team member. Admins can transfer content to someone else or choose to delete it.

Can you reach out to the admin who granted to access to Articulate 360 again to see what they did with your content after you left? If they transferred it to someone else, that person can send you copies of those courses or transfer ownership of them back to you.
