Maintenance
Jul 06, 2017
Just wanted to let you know that with Rise being down for maintenance, we are in the middle of our day here in Australia, we have just launched with a major client, and now their people can't access the eLearning. We cant export it because it's down. Not good for us guys!! Can we subscribe for notification for these periods as we received nothing on this. I am sure there are other ways, would love to hear what we can do to avoid this in future

Hey Melissa
I'm here in oz too - sorry to hear your issue.
here is a link where you can subscribe to updates - doesn't help you now unfortunately.
Thanks Wendy for reaching out.
Any idea how long it will be down for? I need it for a meeting in an hour!
Hi, so sorry for the downtime. You should be live again now!
Rise is still showing as being down for maintenance here in Melbourne Australia...any updates or eta?
Hi David
I'm on the Gold Coast and have been accessing Rise this morning without issue. Perhaps clear the cache and see if that helps.
Apologies for the delayed update to our status page, David. Maintenance is absolutely complete.
Please let us know if you run into any trouble!
HI,
I am still seeing this screen when I try to Launch Rise…..is there something else I need to do?
regards
David

Hi David
when you reply via email attachments don't display in the forum so you'll need to click 'view' instead of 'reply' and come into the forum to attach the image.
Hi,
Thanks for the reply...I still see the maintenance screen...but will try clearing the cache to see if that helps.
