I'd also suggest looking into an animated GIF. Rise is a container to hold your videos, and create courses to be shared with learners, but it doesn't have the option to edit them to account for things like looping.
There's no way to make videos that you've uploaded to the video block in Rise 360 loop automatically. However, what you can do is embed a video that's set to loop (which is a setting that Wistia offers, for example) using the embed block.
I hope that makes sense! Let me know if you have any questions.
But would that allow the user to click Play first (before automatically playing/looping)?
Because right now I have a GIF looping of the video. It’s perfect except … it automatically starts playing = the user sees the video start half way, as it’s only a 35-second video. : (
When I tried it, I still needed to click on the video to get it to play for the first time. I would test it out for yourself to make sure it's working the way you want it to.
Also, just thought I'd point out that when you respond directly from your email, your signature is appended to the message. You may want to pop in there and edit out any personal information that you don't want to share with the community.
I used the embed block to embed a video hosted on Wistia. On Wistia, I adjusted the settings to loop my video. That's it! :) And it sounds like it works exactly the way you'd like it to.

You'd probably be best creating an animated gif for this.
That was my first guess as well. But i jus wondered if there was at "continues play" function somewhere.
Was it? You were talking about manually creating a repeating segment in a 2 minute video.

Hi, I too wish to have the video loop (and don't want it to be a GIF).
Can we enable something so the Rise player will simply restart the video every time the video ends?
Thanks

Hi Allison,
That is exactly what I'm looking for! So want the user to click but that it is a looping video (GIF-like).
Does that make sense?
You mention: "When I tried it, I still needed to click on the video to get it to play for the first time."
How did you do that?
Thanks

Great. I'll get at it and see how it works.
Thanks for your awesome support, Allison!
