Malfunctioning LMS Properties on Mobile

Hi, recently we developed a course on rise and when uploaded at our client's network they found a malfunctioning at their an online academic enviroment (Go! Learning/Docebo), using the mobile service the LMS seems to not work properly not keeping any information the course carries, do you guys know if that's an error at your programming or at our's client's enviroment? Do you guys have any information about similar cases of people that uses the same enviroment? Would appreciate any answers

Hi Daniel, 

When viewing the course on a mobile device, are you using a mobile browser (Chrome or Safari) or an app provided by the LMS?

As a next step, I would suggest testing the course in another LMS environment to see if the same problem happens there. SCORM Cloud is an excellent tool for this kind of testing.
