Managing content in 360 Review

Our company has alot of languages that are being developed using Storyline content in Rise. I am trying to manage all the files that show up in 360 review. I would like to see sub-folders in 360 review so all the content is organized. I created a folder in 360 review and put content there. When I go to import into Rise, the folder I created is invisible and all the content shows up on the same page as if there is no folder there. Am I missing something?

Hello, Terranova 1,
It sounds like you're working with lots of content! I'll let our team know you need folder organization features, especially when importing Review 360 content into a Storyline block. Thanks for sharing how we can make Rise 360 and Review 360 better for you!
I have a similar issue but I created a new folder and cannot get the content moved to that folder or published to that folder-- is there a way to do this?
Thanks!
Hi there, Kim. When you click to move your content to a folder, and then open that folder, are you seeing the content there?
All content will always be visible in the All Content folder in Review 360 (or All Courses in Rise 360). When you move an item to a folder, it doesn't disappear from the All Content view.
Thanks. I was trying to drag and drop it into the folder. I’ve got it figured out!!
Is there a way to share an entire folder for Reviewing? Or do I need to share each file individually?
Thanks for the quick response!

Thanks for the update, Kim!
You'll need to share each content item individually. We're looking at how we can improve team management of content in Review 360. If we make some changes that help, I'll update you here!
