Markers Keep Moving on Labeled Graphic in Rise

Hi everyone - I'm about at my wit's end. I have an image that I've added six markers to. Whenever I preview the lesson, the markers are in the completely wrong places. I go back in to edit them, and they look right in that mode. I've tried different browsers and it's still the same.

Update - it appears to be a result of the image format. I had been using a .svg file b/c the image quality is so much better. When I use a .png or .jpg image, the markers don't move but the image quality is much less clear. Thoughts on solutions? I'd like to not have to sacrifice image quality just to get the interaction to work properly.
