Microsoft 365 files not launching from Rise - in Chrome only Jan 04, 2021 By Rich Becker Hi All, I created a number of Rise courses in the summer/fall of 2020. At a certain point - I'm not sure when - the links to MS files stopped working in Chrome. The links to Vimeo videos work; the links to PDF files work. The links to the MS files work in IE and Firefox, just not Chrome. When the user clicks the links to Word, PPT, Excel or zip files, nothing happens. In the days when things worked, the user would see a download icon appear in the left lower portion of the screen. That doesn't happen anymore. Any explanations? I've attached a sample file.
