I have an image I use at the end of all my Rise Courses. It has been working fine and then all of a sudden last week it disappeared when I publish the course to review or look at it in preview.
Any help would be appreciated as it appears to be affecting all my courses.

One suggestion I have in the meantime is to try another browser to rule out any issue with your Chrome settings.

Very strange that the image would disappear! Let's start by deleting that image block, then add a new image block to replace the old block.
Let me know if that solves it!
I already did this and it did not resolve the issue.

I have also tried in IE and Edge.
I did have an issue like this last year and I do not recall how it was
