Missing Image in Rise 360 and Rise Review

Very strange that the image would disappear! Let's start by deleting that image block, then add a new image block to replace the old block.

Let me know if that solves it!

I already did this and it did not resolve the issue.

Thanks for the reply, Stephanie! I see that you had a similar issue last year and you worked with Renz on our team. We'll reach back out to you so we can continue troubleshooting.

One suggestion I have in the meantime is to try another browser to rule out any issue with your Chrome settings.

I have also tried in IE and Edge.

I did have an issue like this last year and I do not recall how it was
solved. Thank you for your help!
