Mobile responsiveness error

Hi,
I have created a series of modules on Rise360 and have tried hosting them on an internal (intranet-type) platform (not LMS).
The modules work fine when completing them on a laptop, however when tested on mobiles they do not work at all - extremely unresponsive, certain blocks not working at all (e.g. videos not playing), everything out of proportion/blown up on screen.
Does anyone know a reason for why this is the case? And if so, how can it be resolved?

Hi Megan,
I recommend doing the following:
1.) Make sure to access the course with a Rise 360 supported browser.
2.) The device is fully updated.
3.) Copy and paste the link to the course directly into a browser.
