MP4 size limitation

I'm trying to load an MP4 and it keeps giving me this error

"The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported."

The file is 473,620 KB. Is there a size limitation that is causing this error or is this something else.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Rosemary!

Thanks for reaching out! The file size limit is 5 GB for Rise 360, so that shouldn't affect the loading of the video in this case. Could you please delete the video block and then add it back in, and then export the course again?

If that doesn't work, could you privately share your course and video file with us by clicking here?
