I want to make a multiple response question where any combination of answers is correct. Is it possible to do this? Or can I get rid of the icon that comes up indicating that the answer was incorrect and just have the text response I want to display?

Rise does not allow for any combination of answers to be accepted as the correct answer.
Only the selected options are treated as correct answers. You also cannot turn off the correct/incorrect answer indicators.
You could build exactly what you want in Storyliine and import it as a block into Rise.
It's a lot more work but can be done.
