Hello, I'm part of an Articulate Teams subscription. My coworker created a course in Rise, and now she is unable to open it. I am able to open the course, but no matter what browser she uses, it just says, "Your course is loading, hang tight." I can send you the link to the course itself, but I'm unable to get the Share link because she is the course owner and I don't have that option.
Can you check that your colleague is using Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge, and the latest version of each? Also, is it a single course that won't open for her, or all her Rise courses? I'd start by having her log out/in again to refresh the access.
If you're still having trouble, I'll need a bit more info about the course. Are you and your colleague on the same team? Can you let me know her name and the name of the course?

It also looks like your email signature came through when you replied via email. You can remove that if needed by clicking ‘Edit’ beneath your response. Here’s a quick Peek video if you need help.
Hi, we also periodically get this error message - 1 out of 500 times perhaps (best guess only). SuccessFactors is our LMS and use both Chrome and IE11.

Hi, I am also experiencing loading issues when I attempt to use the Share preview web link.
My client has reported that the course does not load on their end. We are on the same network.
