my Rise project won't open Jan 31, 2018 By Todd Olson I have been working on a rise project and now when I click to open, it says it is loading for a split of a second and the screen goes white. any ideas how to open it? Todd

Can you open other projects from your Rise dashboard? What happens if you log out and then log back in to Rise? Thanks for reaching out!
Todd Olson Author 6 years ago02/01/18 at 6:54 pm (UTC) I was using safari, but I switched to chrome because I needed to record audio, chrome was working fine. Yes, I can open other projects from the dashboard. I have signed out and In again and I still have the same results.
