How do I get this orange navigation arrow (on the right side of the screen) to get to the next lesson. Currently the navigation is at the bottom of the lessons and is only visible when the user scrolls down to the bottom.

You cannot, would need a feature request
All of the videos published on the Articulate support have this feature.
