We recently started localizing our content (yay) but we've got a request from our LOC team that I'm stuck on how to resolve.
Our Turkish content requires a few special characters (Ş, İ, Ğ,) that appear inconsistently and make the course look amateurish. The recommendation was to use a font that supports UTF-8 encoding but I'm struggling to find documentation around this.
Are there fonts within RISE that already support this? If not, is there a way to add font packages to my account?
I'm sorry that you're having trouble getting your fonts to display properly. You can be sure your text appears correctly by downloading the full Google Font set for your Rise 360 fonts as detailed in this article.
If you've already completed those steps and see the same results, then the quickest way to resolve this issue is to have our Support Team take a look. Please submit a case here, and we'll get you back on track.
