Good morning! I am new to ID, and am interested in some professional development groups and conferences that I should be aware of? Also, do any of you have any suggestions on where to start with my own training? I come from a communications, marketing, and HR background, but don't have any formal training in adult ed, or training in general. I'm loving this though! I am so happy with my new role here at work as our Employee Development Manager, and I want to make sure I utilize every resource possible!
