no fullscreen video with Embed-block

Hi everyone,

I'm having some troubles with a video in a Rise course.

I'm using an Embed-block, since the video contains sensible data and therefore musn't be uploaded to Articulate servers, and since the video is not publicly accessible it needs an iFrame.

So I'm using the Embed-block with an iFrame.

The video plays well, but even though the video player is offering me a fullscreen option, it is grayed out - so I can't siwtch the video to fullscreen. So far I've tried our LMS, ScormCloud and Articulate Rise's Preview as well as different videos, but the option is always grayed out.

We're using Chrome. Is there something I'm missing?

Hi Ina!

Thanks for reaching out! The workaround, but may not be viable in this case, is to allow the video outside the iframe. Sorry if this is hindering your process in any way. We have this documented and we'll reach out if anything changes.

thanks for your reply.

Unfortunately, I need the iframe, since the link is not publicly available - meaning it won't work without the iframe.
