When attempting to add a cover photo via settings or an image per the content library in Rise no photos or illustrations display. I'm able to blindly select an image and it comes over with a photo but it's not the photo I need because I cannot see the photo before I select it.
I have cleared my cache in both MS Edge and Chrome. Any suggestions
Hi Carol! You'll want your IT team to allow-list these websites so you can access all the resources included with your Articulate 360 subscription, including Content Library 360 images. That should solve the issue!

Do see the same small icon instead of the actual images?
Please provide a screenshot of what you see when browsing the Rise Content Library.

Update: Success! Thanks Alyssa, whitelisting the websites did the trick.
