Since the recent updates (February 2 and February 13), we've noticed that Rise courses published as SCORM 1.2 are not loading within our LMS (Schoox) on Android phones. When the user selects the course, they just see a white box and the course never loads. Courses published prior to the changes are working on Android phones without a problem.
Has anyone else encountered this issue or determined a solution?

I really appreciate you reaching out about this. I haven't encountered this issue yet, but I'm curious to test it out.
Would you mind sharing one of your Rise LMS output files with me? I'll upload it to SCORM Cloud and let you know what I find.
