I would love to use Rise for our course development, but we are accustomed to having the course transcript available in Storyline. Does Rise 360 support that functionality or will it in the future? I am not a proponent of reading text-heavy screens to the user - I use audio/notes to supplement the OST.
Hi there, Melinda. It sounds like you're looking for a Notes tab, like in the Storyline player, where audio and video content can be transcribed.
We don't have that feature on our roadmap currently. You can use closed captioning for video blocks in Rise, and we are tracking requests to add CC to audio blocks as well. For audio blocks, some folx use an accordion block to store the transcript beneath. Would that help?
