I am having a strange issue where whenever I go to the preview of my course, a random 11 pops up in the top left corner. I don't have it in the edit version.
I'm attaching screenshots of the top left of the page in the edit view and the preview.

Thanks for including the screenshots! That text should say "Lesson 1 of 1," as shown in the screenshot below.
However, it looks like you removed that text from the course labels. You can add it back in by going to Settings > Labels, then scroll down to the Lesson 4 of 7 label.
If you'd rather remove the lesson count labels from the top of each lesson, you can toggle that setting to OFF by going to Settings > Navigation.

Thanks for including the screenshots! That text should say "Lesson 1 of 1," as shown in the screenshot below.

On a related note, even if lesson count labels are set to OFF, they still appear if you export the course as a PDF.
