I would like to know if it possible to open an Exported Web-Only Output file in another Rise subscription.
My company is not approving any more Rise subscriptions and we want to know how we can save the current Rise files and then if required send the exported file to another user (outside the business) to open and edit.
Rise can be shared with others to edit using the Send a Copy or Collaborators feature for 360 Teams, and anyone you send it to using those methods will need to have a trial or valid subscription for Articulate 360. Here's a great comparison of those two features and the differences between them.
Since Rise is entirely web-based, there isn't an option to export/download the source files and upload back to Rise at a later time. We did recently release the Export to PDF which would allow you to print or share a hard copy of your course.
