I have a zip file of a course that was created in rise by an employee that is no longer with our company. I can access the course in our LMS system and I have the original exported bundle that we uploaded to it. But nothing else. Is there any way I can edit this course without starting from scratch?

Unfortunately there is no way to bring a ZIP file back into Rise for editing purposes. Why do you not have access to the original Rise course?

Karl is correct - you cannot edit the course from the published output files. You need access to a copy of the Rise 360 course itself to make edits.
