Hi! I'm running into an issue with my Rise courses: in Internet Explorer, when scrolling through the menu it overlaps with the cover photo graphic. I've attached an image of the issue - notice that the text is overlapping. It's almost like the menu takes up the whole column only when scrolling. Tested both as a preview in IE and published as a scorm package in SCORM Cloud by myself and someone else and we both saw the issue in both cases. I haven't run into this issue with other browsers.
The courses were published via Firefox. No editing or publishing was done in Internet Explorer. We're only viewing it in Internet Explorer after the publishing, which is where is issue has arisen.
Thanks for those extra details, Matt. In that case, we'd love to test the course on our side. Would you mind sending us the published output file by clicking here? Thanks in advance!
So sorry you're running into this. Our team is looking into the issue, and we'll let you know as soon as it is resolved. Thanks for letting us know this is affecting your courses!
I wanted to circle back with an update — we're no longer seeing an issue in Internet Explorer 11 where the menu text overlaps the cover photo in newly published Rise 360 courses.

Hey Matt!
You'll want to avoid editing or publishing a course from Internet Explorer, since it's not a supported browser for authoring in Rise 360.
Try republishing the course in another browser like Chrome. Then, once the output is hosted on your LMS, you can view it in Internet Explorer.
Let me know if that solves it!

Was there a solution to this problem?

Hey, folks!

If you're still seeing this problem in a course you published recently, please share it with us here.
