'Page not found' error when loading Rise 360 course to LMS
Oct 31, 2019
Hi all,
Hope you can help. I've followed the guide here:
https://community.articulate.com/series/rise-360/articles/rise-360-share-a-course-with-learners#lms to export and download my Rise 360 Course for load to our LMS (Scorm 1.2) as a zip file. However when I try to preview it, or our learners try to access it, we receive the following error in the player. "Sorry, the page you are looking for could not be found." (Screen caps attached.)
The module (with cover photo) appears in the dashboard, but the error occurs when learners open it.
I've given this a couple of tries with the same result.
Any ideas what might be going wrong?
(What I can also add is that upon exporting, I didn't get an email with a download link as per the guide, rather the zip file downloaded automatically onto my computer.)

The process to upload a SCORM ZIp package and how to set up a course is different for each LMS. So if you can identify the LMS you are using, someone may be able to provide information for that specific LMS.
Thanks Karl. We're using C.h.i.e.f LMS but we did a bit more troubleshooting just a few minutes ago and switched the export settings from SCORM 2.1 to xAPI (TinCan) - and that seems to have fixed the propeller nicely!
Hi Ainsley!
Thanks for letting us know you solved it by switching to xAPI (Tin Can). If you run into any more issues, we're here to help!
