Pinch-to-zoom disabled in RISE

Hi ,
In our team, we are using RISE to build courses and quizzes. This is a great tool and we are happy about. But unfortunately, the important pinch-to-zoom (in and out) is disabled:
1. E.g., Knowledge Check: Figures can´t be pinched-to-zoom on Android devices while it functions on IOS devices.
2. E.g., Accordion: Figures activated with the function "Enable zoom on image click" can´t be pinched-to-zoom. Neither on Android nor on IOS devices.
Is there any possibility to activate pinch-to-zoom on all operating systems independent of figure integration?

Hi Rainer,
We've seen a few reports of this, only when using Chrome on iOS or Android. You should be able to use it on Mobile Safari (iOS 10.3.3) and on Samsung's Internet app on Android 7.0.
It has been reported to our team to investigate further, so I'll keep you posted on that here - and in the meantime, can you use one of those browsers?

Many thanks for your reply. I tested the Samsung´s App on Android and it worked, great. I will test iOS/Safari briefly.

Any update on this as I can see I am still unable to pinch to zoom on Chrome on my Samsung device.
Thanks for your interest in this feature. We still don't have any updates to share. We'll reply to this thread once we make changes that will help!
