Possible to resume course when not in LMS
Oct 22, 2019
A client wants to buy a course but they do not want to use an LMS or embed on their homepage. They only want a link for their staff to click on to access. In a case like that, do I just send the link under the "Share"-button so that they can access the course? But is it possible then for ten diffrent people on different computers to individually do the tasks? If they quit halfway through, does Articulate keep track of which module they last finished?
My plan was to have the final page be "locked" until a quiz is finished and passed. When the students get the questions right, they access the final page and there they fill in a Microsoft 360 Forms document with their name and send it in as a proof that they are finished.
Does that work? Or do they HAVE to embed it on their webpage for Articulate to know where the finished off last...?

Hi Kompetenslaget,
Have you tried ScormCloud? It'll hold the learner data and if there are few enough people accessing, you can opt for the free version.
Hello, Kompetenslaget!
When a Rise 360 course is hosted in an LMS, learners can exit and resume with their progress intact. The course will automatically pick up where they left off.
Web-only courses, or courses accessed by the Share link, will always start over at the beginning.
