I have created a course with video cuts from a webinar and interactions to reinforce the video content. The scorm file published well and plays well in our LMS. The course also needs to be posted for external learners, but the web version zip file won't load, launch and play the videos online. The course files for the LMS and for the Web are both attached. Thanks in advance for help troubleshooting to achieve successful rise web course posting.
Hm, the web version works for me. See here your content uploaded to my server. Did you actually unzip the Web published version and the uploaded to some server?
Thanks for checking Michael. Your link worked for me, as well, but the same file appears not to be working on a shared internal drive. We're experimenting further with it now. All additional troubleshooting ideas will be welcome.
I know this doesn`t directly help you, but I copied your web-published content to my shared network drive and I can launch the index.html file form there as well.
